We’re an independently owned and operated HVAC crew working right here in Orlando, Florida. The people who show up at your door live in the same neighborhoods you do, deal with the same humidity, and know exactly what a broken AC means in August. We’re backed by the Relay Home Co. network and The Relay Standard, but the work itself gets done by local technicians who’ve spent years learning how Orlando homes behave in this climate. Andre Fuller, Owner, leads the team personally. You’ll get a live arrival time you can track to your door, and you’ll know exactly who’s coming.

Our People
Andre Fuller, Owner & Lead HVAC Technician
Andre founded Halden Heating and Air Orlando in 2004, and he’s still the guy crawling into attics in Baldwin Park and Winter Park when a job needs a second set of eyes. He’s certified on major brands like Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard, which matters because Orlando has a mix of everything installed over the last three decades. Andre writes the price before any work starts, every single time, and he holds every technician to that same standard. He’ll admit he once drove forty minutes to a job in Windermere before realizing he’d left his manifold gauge set on a customer’s driveway in College Park. He turned around, grabbed it, and still finished the repair that afternoon. That’s the kind of accountability he expects from himself, and it’s why the 365-Day Done Right Promise exists.
Marcus T., Senior Installer
Marcus has been installing AC systems in Central Florida for fourteen years, and he’s led full system replacements in new construction, older bungalows, and everything in between. He specializes in matching equipment to the size of the structure, because an oversized unit in a modest home off Curry Ford Road will short-cycle and die early, while an undersized one in a two-story near Dr. Phillips will run nonstop and still not cool. Marcus also handles the rebate and financing paperwork for customers, which means you’re not left guessing what you qualify for. He’s the person who insists on walking you through the thermostat before he leaves, even when you tell him you’ll figure it out. You won’t have to.
Dana R., Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice on the other end of the line when you call (850) 695-3178, and she’s the reason you never get a voicemail tree. She’s been with Halden Heating and Air Orlando for eight years, scheduling everything from routine tune-ups to middle-of-the-night emergency calls when a furnace quits during one of those rare Orlando cold snaps. Dana knows the map of Orlando better than most drivers, and she’s the one sending you a live arrival time when your technician is heading to your place. She also checks in after every job to confirm the written guarantee is on file, which means if a repair fails, the free second visit is already documented before you ever need it.
Leo V., Apprentice Technician
Leo is the newest member of the team, two years into his HVAC training and working directly under Andre and Marcus on repair and installation calls. He’s earning his certifications while getting real field time, which means he’s already comfortable with diagnosing common issues like capacitor failures and condensate line clogs, which are two of the most frequent problems we see in Orlando homes. Leo is also usually the one doing the final walkthrough, making sure the work area is cleaner than we found it. He grew up in Kissimmee and knows that summer heat the way only a Florida kid can, so he’s not learning why your AC matters. He already knows. He’s learning how to fix it fast and fix it right.
One Standard, Every Job
Our crew works under one set of rules, and those rules don’t change depending on which technician shows up. Every job gets a written price before any work starts. Every repair gets a written guarantee. If a repair fails during the coverage window, we return at no charge, automatically. That’s not ask-nicely paperwork. That’s the deal. We’re part of the Relay Home Co. network, and we operate under The Relay Standard and The Relay Visibility Guarantee, which means whoever answers your call and whoever steps through your door is accountable to the same expectation: do it right, prove it in writing, and stand behind it for a full year. Andre built this team in Orlando from the ground up, and he’d rather send someone back to make a job right than argue about whose fault it was. That’s the whole point of the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s the reason Dana schedules, Marcus installs, Leo learns, and Andre leads with the same approach on every single call.
