Anyone can claim they do clean work. Seeing it is different. We’ve been installing and repairing heating and cooling systems in Orlando since 2004, and the jobs below show what actually happens when a system gets replaced or repaired by someone who treats your home like their own. The difference between a rushed job and a done-right job shows up in the details: how the lines are run, how the unit sits on the pad, how the wiring is dressed. These are the transformations that matter when your family’s comfort depends on the equipment.

AC Replacement in Baldwin Park
Before
AfterThe problem: A 17-year-old Carrier unit had a failing compressor and a corroded condenser coil. The homeowner was nursing it through another Orlando summer with a hard-start kit and hope, but the writing was on the wall. What we did: We pulled the old equipment, replaced the outdoor pad that had settled and cracked, ran a new line set with proper insulation, and installed a correctly sized system matched to the home’s actual load, not just the old unit’s rating. The result: Even cooling across every room and a July electric bill that dropped by roughly 30%. The new pad is level, the lines are clean, and the system is quiet enough that you don’t hear it from the back patio.
Furnace Repair in College Park
Before
AfterThe problem: A Rheem gas furnace that would fire up for thirty seconds and then shut down. The homeowner assumed it was the thermostat or a gas issue and had already bought a new thermostat that didn’t fix anything. What we did: We traced it to a failing flame sensor and a blower motor that was drawing too many amps and overheating. Replaced both, cleaned the burners, and verified the flue was drafting correctly. The result: The furnace fires on the first attempt and actually puts heat out of the vents instead of lukewarm air. The repair came with a written guarantee, so if it acts up again within the coverage window, we come back at no charge.
AC Repair in Metrowest
Before
AfterThe problem: A Lennox system that was blowing warm air on a 94-degree afternoon in Metrowest. The compressor wouldn’t start, and the homeowner was told by another company that she needed a whole new system. What we did: We found a failed dual run capacitor, a swollen contactor, and low refrigerant. Replaced the electrical components, found and repaired a slow leak at the Schrader valve, and did a refrigerant recharge (topping off the coolant your system needs to produce cold air). The result: Cold air within two hours of the call, and the system has run without issue through the rest of the cooling season. Total repair cost was a fraction of what the replacement quote had been.
AC Installation in Lake Nona

The problem: A new construction-to-homeowner move-in that came with a builder-grade unit that was undersized and paired with leaky, poorly sealed ductwork. The upstairs bedroom was routinely ten degrees warmer than the rest of the house. What we did: We performed a full Manual J load calculation, then installed a properly sized Goodman system with a sealed and insulated duct run to the problem bedroom. We also replaced the return plenum, which had been choked down to a fraction of the size it should have been. The result: The upstairs bedroom now holds the same temperature as the common areas within a degree, and the system cycles normally instead of running nonstop. The fixed install date and written price were locked in before any work started.
Furnace Replacement in Winter Park

The problem: A Trane furnace from 2001 with a cracked heat exchanger. This is the kind of problem you don’t take lightly because a cracked heat exchanger can put carbon monoxide into the living space. What we did: We red-tagged the unit as a safety hazard, walked the homeowner through the options, and installed a new high-efficiency furnace with sealed combustion and a new PVC flue run. The result: A quieter, safer, more efficient heating system that no longer pulls air from inside the home. The family has peace of mind heading into the few cold snaps Orlando actually gets, and the new equipment carries a manufacturer warranty plus our written guarantee on the installation work.
AC Upgrade in Thornton Park

The problem: A Goodman condenser that had a shorted compressor. The indoor air handler was only eight years old and in good shape. Replacing the entire system would’ve been wasteful and expensive. What we did: We replaced the outdoor compressor and condenser coil, matched the refrigerant charge to the existing indoor coil, and installed a new electrical disconnect box because the old one was rusted and unsafe to touch. The result: The system now cools like it did the day it was installed, and the electrical is safe and code-compliant. This is what we call a “repair when it’s repairable, replace when it’s not” decision, and we’ll always show you the reasoning.
